There are literally no benefits at Capgemini for the employees. The senior management has nothing to do with the employees' welfare.
Basic employee benefits, health insurance is only limited to 2 Lakhs and for only employee and spouse. Should not expect any additional benefits from company.
Best is working with different technology in different projects with different clients. Worst is no value added to employee in terms of money like client visiting, claim reimbursement. They are providing whatever the necessary things like, EPF, Health insurance, LTA, Joining Bonus if you asked in case of early joining.
