There were no company perks except free food. This food was provided by a client and not Cognizant themselves. Nothing else to mention here.
Benefits package? What benefits package? You get 25 days, just like everywhere else and the other two benefits you basically pay yourself: bike2work and tax saver tickets. Tiny yearly bonus which is dependent on whether your manager likes you and is as per instruction of upper management kept as small as possible, which in turn has the consequence that you only get the full bonus when your manager likes you and only a handful in a company of 300+ get so. No paid sick leave, no healthcare, no pension scheme, no nothing. They used to have things like maternity leave, but they cut that last year and instead advice you how to get money from the government if you're either sick or on maternity leave or whatever. They don't pay anything except salary. Plus they make it so unclear what the package actually is that most people don't know what they are entitled to. In a way it's easy: nothing.
