Whilst the core benefits such as the auto enrolment pension and a healthcare plan that you have to pay for aren't brilliant the rest of the benefits package is really focused on the needs of their employees. Remuneration is competitive and the bonus scheme is better than most recruitment businesses. Whilst the pension is only the auto enrolment, most employees within the company are at a stage in their life where they are saving for a deposit of wanting to pay off of their mortgage, it is far more relevant - as long as you are there a minimum of 3 years. You start on 25 days holiday per year rising to 28 with the option to buy or sell and if you go on GM trips such as the annual ski trip, charity challenge or wine weekend, you don't have to take the time off as annual leave (for 1 trip per year). The additional benefits are exceptional (and numerous) such as having your birthday off, the home improvement and holiday loans, weekly masseuse, option to learn skills such as a foreign language and a scheme to help you pay off your student loan.

everything the company offer is exceptional however there is such a bad pension which is really baffling....
