I did not use the medical benefits while I was there - but there were no other benefits. They had a tuition reimbursement plan ($1000/year) which is so bad it's ridiculous, but even that plan was on hold. No 401k matching either. Holidays were at a minimum.
Decent health insurance ( currently tufts and Delta dental at $49 and five dollars every two weeks) rates will increase in a few months per HR. Benefits don't start for 90 days even for salaried employees and those in management. No matching 401(k). Standard AD&D other insurances are optional and offered but not covered. 50% discount on products. Very little time off only two weeks of vacation but no sick days or any time off can be used for the first 90 days.
Great time off offered as earn time, more time off the longer you work there up to 5 weeks, plus many holidays including 1.5-2 days at Christmas and 2.5 days at Thanksgiving. That's on top of 48 hours personal time yearly!
401k has profit sharing but no match. Hours are a little flexible. There is no work from home available.
No retirement plan. Low cost dental plan.
