overall ok benefits. standard across the market
the pension is definitely the worst part and is very poor compared to other employers, otherwise the holiday benefits are good
It's ok, not amazing - worst pay out of the Big 4 and a £3 lunch allowance (£5 when on client site).
Private health care and the lunch allowance is good. The base salary could be better compared to other organisations.
good perks which include health care, bonus, loan for travel when you first join & dental care on the Flextra
The salary is generally lower in tax than it is at the other Big 4. The benefits package does not offer much of use; it is mainly medical insurance/pension, but not much from a lifestyle perspective. There are good discounts with lots of commercial partners though. The lunch allowance is quite low, and if in London you will normally have to pay extra to get a hot meal as the allowance is not enough. Outside of London there is very little choice of food in the first place (mainly sandwiches, Subway style).
25 day’s holiday plus birthday and you can buy up to 10 days. Also cheap gym packages and great dental
Private medical insurance Bonus 26 days a year Lunch allowance Free parking at home office
It reflects the true value of the role in the market.
Like other Big4 firms, they offer a salary less than market avarage. Also work and life balance is not good at the busy terms. But you can work with flexible hours and opportunity to working at home. Friendly working environment is the Best.
