3 weeks vacation per year is the bare minimum... You're held responsible and accountable for your workload - you get "grief" from colleagues and managers when you take time off during busy periods ... which is all the time!

I didn't like that you could not carry over sick time if you did not use it. Also you could only carry over a small amount of vacation time or you would lose it.
