With the housing subsidy going away and no 401k match, it's now on the lower end. Lots of nice little extras but they don't add up to corporate American standard of 4% match. Vacation policy is "unlimited". Health plan is very good. 3 meals a day of good, free food.
Lots of good things. great health insurance, unlimited time off, meals completely covered (breakfast, lunch, dinner served every day), laundry/dry cleaning on-site, hair salon.. it's awesome!

Team and whether you're customer facing will influence PTOs you take. Palantir always gave me the time off that I needed, and was very friendly toward adjusting travel to allow me to spend weekends in amazing places around the world, to make friends' weddings, etc.
