The benefits plan is average. They use Green Shield for dental/ extended health and some of the expensive drugs had small discounts .
Great extended health coverage, onsite gym at headoffice location, RRSP matching, onsite child care. I'm surprised they don't offer a top up for maternity leave.
Extended health & dental for my family with travel insurance; AD&D and life insurance; short-term and long-term disability plans; provincial medical costs for my family; employee share purchase plan with generous employer matching that scales with length of service; group RRSP with 50% employer match (Canada plan); onsite restaurant, daycare and gymnasium (at Burnaby Head Office); Employee & Family Assistance Program; opportunities to work remotely and/or from home... overall I'm very satisfied as this the best and most-comprehensive benefits plan I've had over the past 20 years. Also, the benefits waiting period for new-hires is much shorter than I was expecting.
