Best working environment and compensation package
The benefits are really good. No cost to employee health insurance, parental leave paid 6 months, 4 weeks vacation (US) plus paid holidays.
The amount of vacation and paid holidays is great. The Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are also good.
Generous holiday and parental leave
Parental leave is amazing, six months for birth or adoption. Health benefits are decent after we complained about previous provider.
Spotify provides multiple benefits packages, including a 100% company paid health insurance option. Upgrades are available if desired. Paternity and maternity offerings are very generous, based on European influence.
