WPA health insurance, generous food expenses when working at events, office drinks and great social events.
Supportive package including WPA, Perkbox, Cycle to Work, Tech Scheme and more. Holiday days were more generous than previous jobs and the flexibility to take days off with reasonable notice but not a strict process was desirable.
Private health insurance Pension Work from home 50%
For a part-time role, the benefits are not as comprehensive as for the full-timers. Some perks, though not as many when WFH as during the office.

TOPdesk's benefit package is great! It is definitely one of the perks to working here, along with the great people and the culture!
The remuneration package is really good - work/life balance is really good!
I think the holiday time is pretty generous (26-27 days per year plus bank hols). There are also numerous options to adjust your hours and pay to suit your schedule. E.g. working 4 days per week, taking a small reduction in salary in exchange for more time off, earning holiday hours through overtime etc.
NHS top-up scheme which covers dental, opticians, and second opinion referral. Good holidays, which are paid. Flexible work days.
Flexibility, regular outings and team activities. Every Friday we are allowed to have drinks after 4 oclock. Summer Party in Holland every year and christmas events. There is always something to look forward to every month
