Mostly stay the course. The technology and the nature of the work already help motivate the engineers. However, share more of the long term vision of the company and offer more inspiration to motivate the team for the long run. The sky is the limit on what the team here can achieve.

The hiring process came across as long, tough, and challenging during the interviews. But on joining, realized that the Company is looking for Computer Science professionals and not programmers. However, they can shorten the process by evaluating candidates coding skills prior to the interviews.

Still trying to find the cons. Everyone is happy about working here. Leadership has good relations with employees and gives everyone ability to speak out and be heard.
