    Flexible working and international outreach.

    Inconvénients

    Staff work extremely hard to be able to keep up with random management decisions. Most of the staff are motivated only to avoid impacting the students' experience but that's it. Management makes impossible decisions and morale is very low. Money is spent in unnecessary items such as the buildings at the Gyle or the refurbishment of the Craiglockhart reception.
