    Clearer focus. As stated in other reviews, it is true that the company switched its focus too often previously, which made many employees lost in direction and much investment wasted. However, since mid-year 2019, the company has set forth five priorities, providing a very clear picture going forward.     I have been here a few years now and have seen drastic changes (not positive ones) that have direct impact on the employees here. I wish communication from our C-suite was better and more personal. Morale has gotten so bad here that it can make it hard to get through the day and stay positive.     The team I work on and the people I work with.

    What happened to this place? Everything that made it a great place to work...gone. No more team events, no more 401k, bonuses were cut, no pay increase, no holiday party, no more snacks and where is the coffee and tea?!?! Also, top talent and good managers are leaving. These things made Evolent a fun place to work, kept employees motivated and made it so that working hard/long hours was okay because it was balanced...

Stop trying to sugar coat things...there is no way to sugar coat laying off 6% of the employees.
