Pros of working here: > I work well when I manage my own time, so I appreciate being able to work without being micro-managed. This enables me to work how I do best, and that way, I achieve more in a shorter amount of time. > There's a chance to develop multiple skills as all team members contribute to various projects and initiatives. > The direct managers do everything to help team members grow. > All opinions and feedback across the team are welcome. > The CEO is very approachable and gives really constructive advice that is pertinent to developing in your role and as an individual > The upper management team are very supportive and care for their employees > In terms of company culture, everyone gets along great and has fun together. > I feel like I learn something new here every day.
Inconvénients
> Working remotely is fine, but I sometimes wish I could see my colleagues in person more. > As a start-up, it can be challenging in terms of workload and deadlines for the work to be completed by/the project to be launched. However, the management are very understanding when things don't go as to plan as originally thought. (Anyone who has worked at a start-up knows that this is just the nature of building a new company).
