    -Underpays- I got a MUCH bigger salary after leaving , while doing less grueling hours and less intense work. RV offers a good salary coming out of college, but other places will pay you more for the expertise you get at RV. Hence, "go to learn, then get out!" -Pressure cooker- Toxic culture of super long days, especially for analysts. 10-12 hour days are the norm for RV analysts. People will stay ALL day to impress...

    Onboarding process was exceptional. Ongoing coaching and support is beneficial and really helps improve performance

    One size fits all policies are not conducive for single moms with families with young children.

    New attendance policy SUCKS Closed North Charlotte location After awhile, it seems like there is always a catch to trying to make a good commission check. Favoritism goes on so it's really hard to move on up

    The beginning schedule is awful and hard to move up, may take several months before you get to a decent schedule. It can be very repetitive.

    Good pay, gets you sales experience. Great starter job especially if you lack experience.

    Inconvénients

    Not a lot of chance for upward movement but some if you put the time in. Very repetitive job, can start to feel tedious.

    There is no structure or standard processes for anything, resulting in a chaotic work environment. Sometimes there is a little too much collaboration, resulting in nothing happening and sometimes things not working. A lot of disorganization and unclear reporting structures. Turn over is very high.     Find the balance between being a fun start up and a mature business. Invest in more employees that will operate between mid-level and senior positions (and aren't in their 20s). Hire people with industry knowledge to lead the acquisitions. Overcome the income gap between tenured employees and outside hires that. Get rid of the bull crap review "system".
