    The HIS and other PCC are amazing. Very nice setting and comfortable place

    Inconvénients

    Telemarketing. I knew that most of this job would be that, but they put insane amount of pressure on their PCCs for referrals and opportunities. Also their "All the right things" manual doesn't help bring people in. I spend too much of the day trying to make people come in and not enough time taking care of the people who are already here. They also do not treat their current patients well. They are too sales... focused and don't look out for the patient. As well as job security is another issue though I have not been told anything yet because of my quotas. Plus, a lot of people are not comfortable giving other people's information out. And with good reason because not everyone wants to be bothered by people constantly trying to sell them something. I know for myself I do not like being bombarded with constant phone calls and flyers trying to get me to get something. Patient Care Coordinator should not be a glorified title for telemarketer. We should be trying to take care of the patients we have so they will refer us to people. Also stop teaching the PCCs and HIS and AuD to focus on sales. There needs to be more compassion for the client rather than getting money.

    Focus more on patient satisfaction rather than creating more pool. Then you will have more people coming to you. And you wouldn't have to retrieve archives from years ago because medical claims are denied.
