    Avantages

Great benefits & pay. Discounted car payment with paid insurance, hard work is acknowledged by direct management but executive level maintains the "German" way of thinking & they don't really care about the individual.

    Inconvénients

Lots of changes at leadership level. Headcount reductions occurring due to diesel scandal. Strategy changes every year based on which German is in charge.

    Conseils à la direction

Invest in those hardworking employees with tenure!

    Inconvénients

Lots of 'lifers' so there is little turnover, allowing little room for advancement.

    Conseils à la direction

Reward those that add significant value, encourage accountability for deliverables, as well as consistency in expectations and work product.
