    They take the time to train you properly so that you do not fail.

    Inconvénients

    No Shorts in the workplace and 30 min lunches are not enough time if you forgot to bring your lunch.

    It's HOT in California and shorts are our main wardrobe.

    Good salary. Young and cheerful colleagues.

    Inconvénients

    Every 3 months there is a shift bid based on your performance. You can apply for a desired shift. Even if your performance is very good you can still receive an undesired shift without being asked if that shift is ok for you.

    Try to be more employee oriented. The focus is much to big on numbers and because of this people are coming and leaving the company each month.

    Great work environment with wonderful people all around wanting to always help out new hires and there is always recognition being shown making this truly a great place to work.

    Inconvénients

    Being here for a year and 6 months now it is hard to move up. I did everything right the only thing was QA which I've only had bad QA for 2 months out of the entire time I've been here yet management seems to not want to look over certain things cause me not to get my raise or move up on my title even with them signing me up for all other services they provide for my work yet they won't budge on my pay make it very frustrating...

    My advice would definitely be to work better with employees meaning understand why attendance points are taking sometimes things happens that we have no control off and that ultimately only ends up hurting us making it hard every time to get our promotions. Also QA is a huge problem for everyone I've talked to working here for years and those who are new hires. I feel like we should have less calls graded.Its to stressful...
