Employé actuel - Customer Service Advisor à Prague

Je travaille chez BlueLink International à temps plein depuis moins d'un an

    Avantages

    - Benefits are alright (meal vouchers, travel fund, 1 discounted Air France flight ticket after one year in the company, etc) - Job is quite easy and laid back if you work in Social Media department (only dealing with inquiries via twitter, facebook, whatsapp. Very few calls if any) - multicultural, young employees if that's something you are interested in

    Inconvénients

    - overbearing micromanagement - meetings ALL the time even when a simple email would suffice most of the time - Job can be quite tedious if you join a department which gets non-stop calls - very little freedom, you have to indicate via status on your computer when you are going to the bathroom, when you take a break, basically any time you are away from your desk. If you turn off your phone for a second to finish up a task, you get harassed by management until you turn it back on. It has a very negative impact on the quality of your work as you are sometimes 'bullied" to get back to calls without being able to finish the tasks you were working on. - while the salary is okay, you can find better elsewhere for the same kind of job - huge turnover, sometimes students who have internships or young people who are here until they find something better are very unprofessional since they know they'll leave soon. As a result, many mistakes are made daily, and unfortunately it is up to the next employee to correct those mistakes. - team leaders can be wildly incompetent since they are promoted internally
