Avantages

The benefits are excellent compared to other companies: 100% company match 401k up to 10% of base salary, company match 401k on amount paid to qualified student loans, moderate paid time off, low cost health & dental insurance, and many other perks.

Inconvénients

I've become aware that each location has its own culture. The location at Boeing MAF in New Orleans has a significant role-over of employees from previous NASA programs. Many "new/fresh" ideas are shot down because existing employees don't like change. Also, there is a significant issue with hierarchy. There more managers than they really need and communication is challenging. One manager wants this while another manager may inhibit the progress. There are many issues that could be greatly improved.
