Not Enough Care to help employees stress less

    Jun 2, 2021 - Acquirer à Wilmington, DE

    Approbation du PDG
    Perspective commerciale

    Avantages

Decent Pay Small recognition if you're top 1% ( mostly company based points ) Remote from home

    Inconvénients

In CX voice at least , there seems to be so much emphasis on customers, it seems like their isnt much on the employees and helping them stress less, or the amount of work that has increased in the last year, every day is back to back calls, which you can take about 70 a day ..They give resources they say , or seem to act like they care, but none of the actions and meetings, and goal metrics say this Not much room for growth to move to other departments at the moment not enough pay for the amount of work Call volume is overwhelming Management refusal to address call volume, but focused on numbers/ metrics Doesn't make the employee feel valued

Call Center Job that is a Dead End in Auto

    Jul 7, 2021 - Relationship Manager à Dallas, TX

    Approbation du PDG
    Perspective commerciale

    Avantages

Time off is great, benefits and retirement package are good too. Cap One is very supportive in diversity

    Inconvénients

There aren't many places to go other than being a Relationship Manager or an Area Sales Manager. THAT'S IT which makes the competition hard to move into management bc people won't want to leave management if that is a goal of yours. If you are not interested in management then you are stuck in your sales role so you can't move around and learn other interesting skills or job functions. It's a dead-end job sadly and Cap One Auto has made no improvements in trying to create new jobs other than just sales or management. So BE WARNED, if you are lucky to be chosen as a Relationship Manager or Area Sales Manager get comfortable. It definitely can cause burnout doing the same thing day in and day out with no prospects of learning new skills for new roles within the auto division. Do not be deceived, Relationship Manager is a call center role-if you are not a call center type this job isn't for you,if you plan to come in and move around don't come into Capital One Auto Finance--find another way into Capital One. I cannot stress enough that this is a DEAD END JOB and in NO way a Career.
