        Avantages

The lifestyle/culture at this company focuses on you, and during the full year I worked here at my internship I observed just how great this company was and how it allowed me the opportunity to utilize its various resources to get me whatever education or certifications I needed to help the company.

        Inconvénients

My only Con is that people don't leave this company. Some of my Coworkers at the time had been in their positions for like 20 years or more. That one con should give you an idea on how the people who work there feel about the company as well.

          Avantages

People are awesome, good career opportunities, family and life balance, parental benefits, education benefits. I feel supported and welcome.

          Inconvénients

Anyone working outside of the corporate headquarters "the Indiana bubble" is a secondary employee. It was better when we were all at home because of Covid, but now that people are in the office again, it's the 'we're here and you aren't' mentality, and you will lose opportunities and feel excluded. You have to be willing to aggressively self promote to be seen.
