      Avantages

      If you are enjoy Taiwanese culture, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, it is a real shocker. Major brown nosing with the right person is the key to success. Hail the upper management like gods to earn promotions and raises. Scream loud and being rude to your co-workers to establish yourself as a leader. I have to give credits to some of the nice and polite people that I had worked with.

      Inconvénients

      Production line was running during major construction (violation of safety rule). Only Chinese was spoken during staff meetings. Body search when exiting the building to ensure nothing is stolen from the company.

      Avantages

      i was one of the first ten employees at FICS, so there was a lot to learn on starting a "new organization."

      Inconvénients

      Extreme Taiwanese-type politics. The "Lords" and whoever had the loudest voice tried to carve the "kingdom."

      Less salary, Small team org Big plan, too less team member Bad traffic, transport time consuming
