Avantages

I joined Jetblack because I craved a fast-paced startup environment and a unique product and I have no regrets with my decision to join the team. During my time here, I've had the pleasure to work alongside intelligent teammates who care deeply about creating a magical member experience and championing innovation. From my point of view, Jetblack culture encompasses a learning environment, never settling for the status quo, and making the most of every moment we're in the office. I feel fortunate to have a manager who helps me set ambitious goals and listens to me when bring ideas to the table. I've developed many skills since I joined Jetblack and have taken on projects that I would not have had the opportunity to spearhead at other companies. I feel fortunate to work for Jetblack and am excited for the future.

Inconvénients

Not necessarily a con, but rather something to be aware of when considering a position at Jetblack: our product is very unique and we're solving for a lot of unique and difficult problems. Because of that, the work can be very challenging and there have definitely been some late nights during my time here. This type of challenge was made transparent to me during the interview process and is ultimately what motivated me to join the Jetblack team.
