Management is a joke, most managers are overworked and flat out don't care about anything other than meeting quota and making more money for their pockets. Coworkers can be flat out rude/disrespectful with big egos. Management love to micromanage everything you do, hopefully forcing you to quit rather than constructively giving you feedback on how to improve. They hire in kids or college kids who get promoted only to have power trips and talk down to you, especially being a smart aleck and pointing out things they think you should be doing rather than asking you if you've completed tasks or making suggestions. They also threaten to write you up if you call out sick and demand a doctors note which is highly illegal and counts as retaliation, yet their big 5 clearly states you should not be working while sick and even Federal Health-code states you should not be working while sick, yet McDonald's doesn't follow that protocol. They demand you to be on your feet 24/7 and moving around at all times without any rests even if you state you have a disability. Part time is considered 12 hours a week and they don't schedule anyone other than managers over 20 hours a week.
