      RBC is a well organized bank. As a fresh graduate student, one can learn a lot from this organization.

      The bank is so big that it is very easy to get lost, instead of get a good picture of the whole system.

      Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
