Travailler sur le meilleur produit trouvable sur le marché
Inconvénients
Ceci est littéralement la pire entreprise de tous les temps. Elle ne connaît rien à la gestion Elle ne sait pas évoluer Tous les employés sont passionnés par le produit mais aucun d'entre eux n'aime l'entreprise. À cause de ça, nous perdons ~75 % des talents que nous recrutons

Avantages
Self-motivation goes a long way here. If you're willing to put in the time, the pay and benefits are good, but the 401k is lacking (4% max, non-roth only).
Inconvénients
Not many people are willing to help from what I've seen. More often than not, my requests for help were met with "have you looked it up?" The experience was frustrating to say the least
