    Avantages

    Depuis le début de la pandémie, SAP a pris soin de la santé de tous les employés et a su anticiper : Télétravail obligatoire au printemps 2020. Télétravail très recommandé. Aucune obligation de venir au bureau. Confiance dans les équipes, les manageurs et mise en place de cellule de soutien au cas où.

    Inconvénients

    Les réorganisations chaque année, bien qu'implémentant logiquement la stratégie de l'entreprise, sont importantes.

    Lots of autonomy. Management places a lot of trust in the fact that teams are getting the job done

    It’s a big company, and with that comes challenges in getting decisions in a timely fashion

    Avantages

    Great benefits Good starting pay Access to SAP benefits Good bonus

    Inconvénients

    - Terrible working hours (can range from 7 am starting shift to 1:30 pm - 10 pm) - Bad management - does not know how to engage with their employees without lecturing them. Needs to know how to better coach their employees and better train them. - No training - employees are basically made to learn on their own and learn from their mistakes (which is not bad), but we constantly get lectured on those mistakes when the training is non-existent. They rely on the employees learning from videos and exercises instead of real scenarios that customers could call in. - Constant issues with the system that no one has the answer to, so customers take it out on us and we can never get a problem to be fixed. - If you see yourself using this job as a ladder, do not. They will not let you leave, they have stopped those from moving to other teams and gave bad word to the managers of those other teams. They literally want to make you stay on customer support forever.
