- great team, good energy - you feel the excitement inside - not a lot of politics, low ego, everyone gets hands dirty and is approachable - very international, even if local teams in countries with specificities, there is a real sense of being in a global team
Inconvénients
- growing fast so some communication & efficiency pains, duplication sometimes - missing some structure in places, can be messy - we don't talk much between countries

Avantages
I worked as a freelance data scientist soon after company was founded. Great team, culture and velocity. CTO in particular was inspirational, so friendly, hardworking and smart.
Inconvénients
None, I didn’t join full time because I’m based in UK and don’t like remote working. It could be that the company and culture changed a lot since they scaled.
