Company has great benefits and flexibility.
Inconvénients

Avantages
There are more pto days than average in the industry.
Inconvénients
1. H1B visa and Green card sponsorship They promised me that after one-year of service and if my performance is in-line with expectations, they will sponsor green card. 6M after joining I was told "there is someone else in the group whose H1B is expiring before yours. We do green card based on whose h1b expires first." and I was also told not to come back until my visa has 2 years left to expire. haha 2. Surprisingly and extremely LOW PAY than average There is NO sign-on bonus for experienced hire. At year end there was NO inflation adjustments. They (HR) promised at least 20% bonus if my performance is at least in-line with expectations, and I only got 8% because this is within the bonus range of an associate in the group. What a joke! 3. Things are moving super slow in the firm. A lot of things are dependent on Paris. In the US you don't get to learn as much because difficult tasks are handled by Paris. I'm talking about my very specific experience here and I hope this can really raise an alert to future employees - this may not be a trustworthy company work for.
