          Avantages

          I loved the people, environment, and freedom in this role! I was given full range of how I wanted to manage this role.

          Inconvénients

          Corporate and our onsite team had divided Goals. Corporate pushed really hard to have us do things their way but, our onsite team wanted to focus more on what the customer wanted. This created a very confusing complicated environment.
