Best benefits and work \ life balance. Takes care of employees very well. Non stressful jobs. Top management always makes sure employees are motivated towards the St. Jude mission. St. Jude mission itself is ultimate.

Most of the managers have raised to that position with in the institution or from local schools with minimal to no experience, which lacks managerial skills. Only best place to work in Memphis, If you have a spouse looking for opportunities very limited to no options. More coordination between departments and teams needed Not an ideal institution for IT career

I had a horrible PI who was not interested in my development as a researcher. She also verbally abused me severally. Please, if you apply, ask a PI how they’ll support you during the interview and also if your input will be valued because this woman has frustrated me for years and I thought that if I worked harder things would get better. I had to move to a different department eventually so I hope it all gets better.
