        Avantages

Really great culture, calm environment, opportunities for growth

        Inconvénients

Pay is low starting out, but pretty quickly I got a raise so it was ok. Not very many employees in our distribution center, so it is difficult to get time off without putting everyone else out.

To be fair, there are several divisions in the church and I have only had experience in one. ALSO I must mention my opinions here have NOTHING to do with the ecclesiastical presidency of the church. I am only addressing the business leadership. If I wanted to though, I could basically be non-existent in my role and just sit back and do nothing and collect a check. Unfortunately I have a conscience and choose not to do that.

          Inconvénients

If you're a dedicated and honest person, in about 2 years you'll feel like you've had the life sucked out of you. The culture is terrible. People are not paid what they're worth unless they job hopped for 5 years and managed to just get into new positions because they paid more. The only way to advance is to ladder climb and kiss butts. I have been privy to learn of several instances where business leaders are just being flat dishonest with the ecclesiastical leadership and it is so sad. Unfortunately many people suffer because a few men in the right seats are holding all the cards and conversations.
