Was employed at Thomas for 3 years. The company, management, and overall atmosphere at the company were fantastic. Very accommodating culture with a team approach. Management makes an effort to ensure that all employees succeed and that all clients receive WOW Service.

Avantages
You can have a very easy life at Thomas, claim you are busy and sit back and chill out.
Inconvénients
Incompetence at all levels combine with the inability to execute even the simplest plan or project. Millions of pounds wasted on vanity projects, lack of recourse from the board illustrate how not to run a company.
