Avantages
The ability to fit work around other commitments, good variety of tasks, very nice clients (in my experience!), good support from Timeetc.
Inconvénients
Takes a while to build up client base, payment via Paypal (fees are deducted)

The flexibility of having a healthy work-life balance is the most important part for me all while working for a REAL company.
