Avantages
My coworkers that I worked with were amazing. We worked well together and as a team. Pay was okay; Could definitely be better, ESPECIALLY in this economy. I stopped working literally before the pandemic hit.
Inconvénients
I didn't like that there was such steep number goals for open loans each month. It seemed that it was all that they cared about. Not your personal work ethic, your customer service. You were just a number attached to a store. It was redundant and it became like we were harassing past customers, etc.
