This has been an area of opportunity for us. We actually had a record year of recognition through out Excellence in Action Program after we updated it and most recently added a new High Five award that has taken off extremely well increasing recognition across the company. Our goal is for our people to not get so busy they forget to say thank you and show appreciation for those who deserve it.

          Avantages

Leadership really buys into professional development and supporting their staff through challenges. There's lots of room for professional growth and opportunities to take on more important roles. A lot of autonomy in the role itself, which is great for self starters. The company is growing at a rapid rate and the teams need to be structured to reflect that growth. The workload management is great - weekly meetings to find or provide help to teammates provides great work-life balance. Everyone seems to really care about what they're doing here and this company has phenomenal potential.

          Inconvénients

There is a lack of incentive for going above and beyond. Responsibilities continue to stack up, but pay rate does not keep up. Bonuses are non-existent and performance evaluations tend to rely on other's performance even though you're not in a supervisor/leadership position. There is a lack of structure and reporting structure that can get a bit troublesome to navigate.
