Inconvénients
Não há oportunidade de crescimento para a maioria dos estagiários. Falta de feedback dos gestores e mais organização no RH, que não parece atender as necessidades dos funcionários.

The work culture is really great! Even though I was an intern I was involved in every project and everybody readily answered my questions. This was my first industrial experience and I loved it!
Inconvénients
There arent any cons except for the area I worked, the city remote area, I did not meet any fellow students at that time.
