Avantages
they have a lot of money and resources. There are some some impressively, talented people working there, but not as leaders.
Inconvénients
There’s a culture of pretend. Saying how you genuinely feel and how things are actually going will not get you ahead. The process of converting complicated systems requires A full understanding of what’s happening, the users experience as well as the employees working with it. So many processes have been outsourced to third-party because on an individual basis it seems beneficial but overtime you know have multiple groups working independently without communicating and in an environment where you aren’t allowed to suggest that it may be causing more issues than helping. Conversations about what’s not working or looked at as negative employees and people not supporting the group as a whole. It has created an environment where people know clearly what’s going on no one can say it without being removed.
