      Avantages

      Good place to work, a lot of talented passionate, people. Consideration of business/family life values and good benefit package. Headquarters and campus are first rate.

      Inconvénients

      Large turnover of people and shuffling of responsibilities and seating locations within the building and business units. A lot of politics. Keeps a lot of people on edge.

      Avantages

      Strong team members, good discount on product. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
