Beaucoup d'avantages mais salaires bad
I would say, better than average but not as good as other providers. Axa forces their employees to use a captive RX provider and will not cover any medication outside of it... for any reason. So if there is a supply chain issue on medicine.. tuff.
vacation and medical insurance are the best
Company matches the first 5% contributed at 200%.
Pet Insurance was a benefit
I think it is fine
They offer competitive benefits such as 401k, paid time off, sick time, holiday pay, ect… bounus are low
Short Term Disability Policy for maternity leave
time off and stock plan
