The company has excellent healthcare, depending on market. Do not be in Texas.

Vacation and time off are fine, but workload leads to never using it.
Most of the Aimbridge benefits are standard to what you would see at other companies - however their vacation/PTO is terrible. Management only gets 10 days vacation a year until they reach their SIXTH year and then its only 15 days. That is pretty awful. You should get 15 days after 3 years and then 20 days after 4 or 5 years.
Variety of benefit options and tiers. Fair offerings considering hospitality usually does not have the best benefits. Liked having affordable supplemental insurance options as well.
