Full benefits available even at part time. Florida sites suffered when company changed to Independence Blue Cross as of 2021 due to limited coverage for BCBS insurance in FL. Ironically mental health benefits suffered most from this change.

You get both PTO and Sick time which are separate.

Excellent benefits . Great insurance for the family

Good PTO, but nobody is the HR department can even explain benefit coverage. You'll need to figure it out on your own. Some times it seemed they didn't even know how to do their own job. The benefits are poor coverage for high costs.

Horrible health insurance - have to jump through hoops to get accepted. Renfrew itself does not even accept this type of insurance if a patient has it.

Costs way to much and the deductible and out of pocket is to high. The HSA account is good and the pharmacy plan is ok.

I don't use the Health Insurance packages here at the company, but the plans change from year to year. the company keeps you updated on the changes.

PTO Is excessive. Health insurance is AWFUL! Renfrew says they contribute half of your deductible and they do not.
