360 Learning has a very positive interview process and they actually read your resume before the interview! Questions were more focused on culture and fit than work product as they have already done diligence on you before your interview. They also explain their culture which is really unique.
- Not exact wording but something like...Describe a time you were are a self-starter.
- Explain your philosophic approach to the role.
- Do you prefer a remote, in-person, or hybrid environment?

- Phone screen - Technical test (HackerRank, typical Algorithms & Data Structures problems) - Discovery meeting : First a debrief of the technical choices (you get a chance to explain your choices and have a discussion about what could have been done differently) Then an exercise about building a feature. - Clarification meeting : general discussion about how I used to work in my previous teams. How work was organized, how I would handle certain situations etc. - Culture-fit meeting : final interview with director of engineering. The goal is to assess how you would fit within the company's unique culture ; see if you understood the culture well and if you think you would thrive in it. The overall process was well-organized and super fast (from phone screen to offer in less than 2 weeks). Everything was super transparent, communication with my recruiter was a breeze. Expectations were always made explicit. I really enjoyed the interviews as interviewers really embodied the culture they were selling as part of the process. A lot of benevolence, transparency and feedback that made me all the stress go away immediately.

I received a very dry rejection email less than 14 hours after applying. I didn't even make it to the first interview as it seems they're only hiring from French Top Business/Engineering schools (hello Supelec)

There was a multi-step process. I began too late in the process and the position was already filled (after speaking with only the recruiter), however, the process was very clear and explained well. The recruiter responded to me and was polite and let me know the status.

first call was a screening call with a recruiter and it was smooth and everything was clear. Next, we moved on to having an interview with the hiring manager. Clear, smooth. I was well-prepared. 3rd round was a call with a team member. I asked lots of questions about their day-to-day and tried to collect as much info as I could. 4th round was a role-play and a task with the hiring manager and ABM manager. I was friendly, very open and natural. I received lots of positive feedback down the road but eventually received an email stating that "they are filling the role internally, mainly since their current BDRs know how to articulate their value prop best." Well, I'm quite disappointed because odds are really against an external candidate when it comes to articulating the value prop. I figure this is why companies offer onboarding, training, ramp-up period etc. The decision shouldn’t be made on who is better already, but who has the potential to be better. I'm really surprised and disappointed that I was competing against an internal candidate in terms of product knowledge but not the skill set.

The amount of preparation expected ahead of an introductory phone call is drastic. Expect to familiarize yourself with an 80+ slide “culture” deck in review of their 13 principles. Based on the amount of secondary articles they link out to in this deck, this company might rely more on imitation than innovation. Phone interview with recruiter was 30 minutes and they came off as less than engaged. During this call new responsibilities were presented that were not listed on the initial job description. Asynchronous philosophy seems cool and compensation seems appropriate, but the rest of the experience left me wanting more.

Assez déçue du process de recrutement. On m'a contacté sur LinkedIn et on m'a (je cite) proposé de discuter d'un poste. Je suis arrivée à l'entretien, la personne était en retard (ça peut arriver à tout le monde). On m'a reproché de ne pas avoir creusé les valeurs de l'entreprise (je rappelle que je n'avais pas postulé) et au bout de plusieurs semaines d'attente on m'a répondu que le process s'arrêtait car ils préféraient continuer avec d'autres candidats (ce que j'aurais pu comprendre) sauf que le lendemain l'offre a été repostée sur LinkedIn (via le profil du hiring manager donc pas en automatique). Bref j'ai trouvé cette manière de faire à l'encontre des valeurs pronées par l'entreprise...

Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Hiring Manager im Sales. Der Mann wirkte herablassend und gelangweilt. Ich wurde aufgrund von Kriterien ausqualifiziert die weder im Vorfeld noch während des Gesprächs überhaupt erwähnt wurden. Das war offensichtlich vorgeschoben. Die Jobdescription sollte vor einem Interview klar sein und nicht erst im Nachhinein erfunden werden. So geht ein verantwortungsvolles Unternehmen nicht mit Bewerbern um. Unprofessionell! Diese Company ist mehr etwas für Amateure!

Great process with a great deal of transparency. Nice people who are committed to their craft. Seemingly solid company with opportunities for growth. This will be a wonderful company for anyone who is looking to gain international exposure within the learning and development space. Great interview process overall.

Très bien organisée, belle prise en charge de la recruteuse toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Beaucoup d’entretiens mais expérience intéressante. Une culture de travail qui semble différente de ce que l’on peut voir.
