The interview was timely and very engaging. Felt as though the questions were getting to know me as well as my attributes and not just the skills I had. I felt that the interviewer was very engaged and a very positive person to engage with.

Entretien
The S.T.A.R interview. This is a style of interview that you will want to be prepared for. After speaking to my coworkers not every interview is conducted this way. I would still recommend preparing for this type just incase this is what they do.

Explain a time you were faced with a conflict. How did you handle it, what did you learn from it
First round was behavioral questions like tell me about yourself and what activities are u involved in. Second round was with a manager in your business unit and they ask you how your past experiences will apply to the internship and some star questions
Competitive, with them looking out for individuals that are active, passionate and seek to always better oneself. Engaging interview and had a good time learning how they interview and select candidates
