Interviewed for senior java developer. Needed a candidate who can join very next day of interview. But cant even pay 20 LPA for senior developer. Even after repeated attempts to ask whether I was rejected, recruiter didnt respond.

I got this sudden mail, with no communication earlier, to take the online HackerRank test of 60 minutes. There were around 6 MCQs, 1 for Java problem & 1 for SQL problem. It looked simple, but one suggestion, give complete focused 60 minutes & you can easily crack it. I made the mistake to take one other important call in the middle & lost precious 6-7 minutes.

The process consisted of a written test followed by a three rounds of technical interview. I could not clear for round 2. Got multiple calls through recruitment agency. There was not much wait time and every thing was processed soon.
