J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Lynnwood, WA) en avr. 2013

      Entretien

I got contacted through linked in to set up a phone interview. The questions were pretty straight forward asking about what motivates me and if I'm comfortable having a quota and going door-to-door looking for business. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. Next I was scheduled for an in-person interview with two managers. When I got to the building for my interview there was another person already in the lobby waiting to interview for the same job. The receptionist called back and let the manager know the next candidate was ready. They seemed to be interviewing a lot of people that day. I saw both managers separately. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. They asked pretty unconventional questions that I wasn't expecting. "If I were to try to convince my wife to read a book about your life what would I tell her about the book? What would the title be? What is the most exciting chapter called and what is it about? What would the last chapter be called and what would it be about?" "If you got this job and I went for a ride-along with you two months from now what would you say are the 3 things about you that I would not have known during the interview process?" "If, during that ride-along, you pulled down your sun-visor and there was a sticky note there with three items that motivate you two do your best, what would those three items be?" "What do you do for fun?" At the end of the interview they both gave me their business cards and said they'd be in touch. They encouraged me to reach out to them if I didn't hear back. By the next morning I received a generic email stating that they are moving forward with other candidates and I am not being considered for the position. I called the number on each of their cards hoping for some kind of feedback to find out if there was something I could do to better prepare for a future interview or to make myself a better candidate. They did not return my call.
