it was invitation first then meeting then providing all profile documents then presentation. it was by international consultant company. Finally we got approval then they hand offer everything to me and it was as test too

very formal process. included three different interviews in three different cities. total process to receive an offer took about 60 days. very bureaucratic and indicative of the company leadership and culture.
