Quick and efficient, streamlined process. Recruiters was unresponsive and in some ways very unprofessional.
Overall the process could have been better if the recruiter was honest from the beginning.
Other than that, the process is ok just a bit more honesty with recruitment could go a long way.

Der Ablauf verlief chronologisch. Man musste sich erstmal vorstellen und danach wurde die Stelle erklaert. Anschliessend gab es mehrere Fragen fuer den Bereich Haftpflicht. Zum Schluss konnte man Fragen stellen und diese wurden auch beantwortet.

Was faellt under Haftplicht und nenne uebliche Faelle
3 interviews: HR, direct manager and country manager. Very fluent process. I was able to meet a junior from the team. Overall, it was rather easy, no technical questions as ut was a junior role.
In person interviews - 1 one-on-one with hiring manager followed by a group interview. Office is nice and they were very nice throughout the interview. Communicated through email and had very timely responses
