HR contacted me, offered me a job while i was a student. 2 rounds of interview. 1 with Alten Group and the client interview. Very professional. Very neatly organised. Timely. Nice experience.

Very professional about communication and process. Recruiter made good appearance with direct communication through mobile. I was not able to accept the offer since it is relatively low compared to similar consulting firms.

3 separate interviews and 1 HR discussion, starting with the recruiter asking basing questions about your situation, industries you are willing to work for and getting down your experience and interests. Then they will get you to fill their "internal" company CV format for their clients, passed on different business units so they can validate you for a project. Once validated you will need to have an interview (technical this time) with the client directly and have the Alten representative along side you whilst you get interviewed. Lastly the HR will also ask questions about situation, salary expectations and availability (prepare to negotiate hard and get your dream figure crushed) They used to offer contracts with no validated project and you will just hang around doing nothing and many interviews with clients until you get a project. but with this economy this is a risky option. I recommend that you ask to e validated for a project first before you sign anything. Which makes preparation complex, because you have to prepare according to the client company they will stage you for.

Mi hanno telefonato prendendo il mio profilo tramite almalaurea e abbiamo fissato un colloquio conoscito che doveva essere con HR ma in realtà era con il manager del progetto.

Ho dapprima sostenuto un colloquio conoscitivo con un partner dell'ufficio Talent Acquisition. In seguito, ho avuto diversi contatti telefonici con il Business Manager della Divisione Engineering, il quale mi ha illustrato un progetto con un'azienda cliente sul quale era possibile lavorare e mi ha spiegato le successive fasi del processo di assunzione. Dopodiché, ho sostenuto il colloquio tecnico con un Senior Manager di ALTEN e un Senior Innovation Engineer dell'azienda cliente riguardante il progetto propostomi. Infine, ho ricevuto la proposta contrattuale da parte del Business Manager della Divisione Engineering.

The process is 3 interviews . for the technical interview, They need to change these types of questions cause its stupid! the company provide 28 days off instead of 30 !! the salary is divided to 2 parts basic and project so if you don't have a task you will earn less ! even if its not your problem that the managers can not find you a task

I met the HR in person. She asked me a few questions and then show me the job description. They are looking for a software developper who will work directly in their client's company for about one year. She also gave me some suggestions to modify my resume and then transmitted it to their client. It is their client who makes the decision for a technical interview.
